This FAQ page covers everything you might be wondering—from how to book your session to what to wear and when to expect your photos. I’ve gathered the most common questions to help make the whole experience smooth, clear, and enjoyable from start to finish.
How's the booking process?
As outlined on the ‘Pricing’ page, you can explore the booking portal to directly make your reservation. In this portal you can check my availability and pick the date and time you will prefer. Then you will be asked to pay a 40% deposit to confirm and secure your spot. Once the booking is completed, I’ll share all the key details, including my outfit guide, and we’ll be all set!
How far in advance should I book?
Honestly, as soon as you can. My calendar tends to fill up, especially the early morning slots when we get the city all to ourselves. So don’t sleep on it!
Do you photograph proposals, families, or special events too?
Absolutely! I photograph surprise proposals, families, groups, and special events, including corporate gatherings and weddings. I also specialize in fashion photography, which is a big part of my creative work.

Can I customize the experience (add time, change route, etc.)?
Absolutely! Feel free to customize any package. We can visit locations not listed on the site like Casa Vicens, Laberint d’Horta, Palau de la Música Catalana, or even Tibidabo up in the mountains. Just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to create a personalized route for you.
What should I wear for the photos?
As soon as your deposit is confirmed, I’ll send you my outfit guide a curated document with outfit inspiration and color palettes that work beautifully with the tones of the city. It’s a great resource if you’re looking for tips, ideas, or a bit of styling guidance before the shoot.
Should I bring anything with me to the shoot? What about my personal belongings?
Honestly, the fewer bags, the better! I always recommend keeping belongings to a minimum; not just for comfort, but also to stay mindful in busy areas. In the end, I’ll likely be the one holding your things during the shoot, so traveling light really helps.
That said, feel free to bring one small bag for your valuables. I’ll be happy to carry it while we shoot around the city.
When and how will I get the photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 4 business days. They all will be in high resolution, so you have the best quality out of the experience.
They will be delivered in a personalized online gallery where you can view and download your photos with ease.

Can I use the photos on social media? Will you post them too?
Absolutely! Feel free to tag me or add me as a collaborator on Instagram or TikTok, you can find me at @photosinbarcelona.
I’ll also share a selection of photos on my own accounts, unless you let me know you’d prefer to keep them private.
The only exception is families with children. I never post photos of kids, out of respect for their privacy.
Can I get all the unedited pictures of my photoshoot?
Yes, you can! I usually offer them as an add-on. That said, I always aim to include all the best shots in the package you book, so I recommend first reviewing the gallery you receive. After that, if you’d like to purchase additional images, you’ll have the option to do so.
*If you booked the Premium or Half Day package, this option is included at no extra cost.
Do you offer any discount?
I only offer discounts to solo travelers, and a flat rate for big groups. For the rest I believe my pricing reflects the value, care, and experience I bring to each session. I truly believe in honoring the work and the quality I deliver.
Can I reschedule or cancel? What’s your policy?
Yes, you’re welcome to either reschedule or cancel. If you’d like to reschedule, we’ll work with the availability I still have open.
For cancellations made more than 10 days before the photoshoot, you’ll receive a full refund. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Do you shoot in bad weather? What happens if it rains?
First of all, the weather forecast in Barcelona can change quite a bit from week to week, so my best advice is to wait until the day before the shoot to check it.
If it ends up being light rain, I’m totally fine with going ahead with the session. However, if it’s heavy rain, we can reschedule for another date or time that works for both of us.
What if I don't know how to pose?
I get this question all the time and honestly, most of my clients don’t know how to pose either, and that’s totally okay.
My style isn’t about stiff or overly structured poses. It’s about movement, emotion, and capturing real moments as they unfold. I gently guide you through natural actions so everything feels easy and spontaneous. Of course, I’ll suggest a few simple poses here and there to give you a beautiful balance of candid and composed shots.
In the end, it’s not about perfection, it’s about connection, authenticity, and capturing you just as you are, in the magic of the moment.
Do you have some recommendations for makeup or hair professionals?
While my style leans toward casual and candid, I’ve collaborated with various makeup artists and hairstylists. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to help you connect with them.
Can we do outfit changes during the session?
Absolutely, feel free! Just keep in mind that it may take up some of our shooting time, so it could slightly reduce the time we have for photos.
What's included in the editing?
You’ll receive a selection of the best images, all carefully edited according to my style. This means I’ll enhance colors, lighting, and contrast to bring out the best in every shot.
If you want extra retouching such as skin retouching body shaping, clothing adjustments. I’m happy to provide those at €10 per photo.

Can you keep my pictures private?
Of course! If you’d prefer I don’t share your photos, just let me know in advance and I’ll be sure to keep them completely private.
Do you speak English/Spanish/other languages?
I speak Spanish and English. I can understand pretty well Portuguese. And with my asian clients I've had great results using the translator in the phone.
